Trainer Extraordinaire

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Extraordinaire to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our Gaming & Esports division. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach teams toward measurable performance outcomes.

• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to gaming and esports teams

• Create structured curricula, drills, assessments, and performance benchmarks

• Coach players and teams to improve strategy, communication, and in‑game execution

• Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with team leads to align training with competitive goals

• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, game patches, and meta shifts

• Produce training reports and progress summaries for management

• Support recruitment by evaluating player skill levels and training potentia

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design

• Proven background in Gaming, Esports, or interactive digital media

• Strong understanding of player development, team dynamics, and competitive gaming structures

• Ability to create structured training materials, playbooks, and performance frameworks

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Experience working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track progress and optimize training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Performance, Game Design, or related field (preferred)
